Features of the Absolute HEPA Air Filter
● Absolute HEPA air filter filters offer HEPA-level efficiencies for final filtration in the most critical of applications, such as pharmaceutical, medical and research facilities. They work in existing systems that require high airflow and low pressure drop.
● Absolute filters are usually used in make-up-air or recirculation units as a final HEPA stage to protect terminal HEPA filters in cleanrooms. They can also be used in exhaust air to help remove all harmful ultra-fine particles, whether chemical, biological or radioactive.
● Absolute is available in filter classes E11 to H14, with an MPPS of 95% to 99.995%. Absolute C is for low and medium airflows. Absolute D is for high airflows.
Advantages of the Absolute HEPA Air Filter
● Compared with the same specification with a deep-pleated filter, the rated air volume can reach 2.5 times.
● Compared to the same specification of high-efficiency air supply outlets, the air volume is twice as large, and workshops with the same purification level can reduce the number of high-efficiency air supply outlets.
● Under the same air volume, the high-efficiency filter has a smaller volume and lower procurement and transportation costs.
● More environmentally friendly, energy-efficient, and have lower resistance. The service life is usually 2-3 times that of deep pleated high-efficiency filters.
