SAF's Mini Pleated Filters are ideal for harsh operating conditions in critical applications.
The mini pleated design allows filters to achieve very high efficiency with low resistance, thus reducing operating costs. The specially designed thermoplastic hot melt adhesive can ensure that the filter material maintains the same pleat spacing and ensure that the air flow passes through in a better way.
The filter material in the depth direction of the filter is fully utilized to improve the dust capacity.
Having a longer service life and lower energy consumption means less replacement and operating costs.
SAF side gel seal filter are available with aluminum foil or hot melt separators to meet the requirements of various applications.
Packing depths between 2" – 4" optimize energy savings by minimizing total cost of ownership (TCO).
Efficiencies range from 99.99% for 0.3um particles to 99.9995% for 0.1 – 0.2um particles.
